You can renew your Physical or Virtual card by requesting a new one before your current card expires. We'll notify you 60 days before your card expiration via email and in-app.
To Renew Kuda Physical Card;
Open Kuda and tap Cards on the menu at the bottom of your screen.
Tap “Get Card”
Tap Get A Physical Card
Create your card PIN then tap Next.
Select your Delivery Option.
If you selected Pick Up (Other Location), please submit your Delivery Address. You'll be charged a delivery fee based on your delivery location.
Submit an Additional Phone Number.
Confirm with your transaction PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID.
Tap Okay.
We'll charge you 1,000 Naira for each card request, and deliver your card within 3 weeks.
To Renew Kuda Virtual Card;
1. Open Kuda and tap Cards on the menu at the bottom of your screen.
2. Tap Get Card
3. Tap Get A Virtual Card.
4. Create a PIN for your virtual card, confirm it then tap Next.
5. Confirm with your transaction PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID.
6. Tap Okay.
