Block Your Account

Think someone has access to your account? Don't wait.

Written by Anietie

You can temporarily block your account to help keep your money safe. Once your account is blocked, transfers, airtime purchases, bill payments, cardless debits, and other outgoing transactions will be restricted until the block is removed.

Good to know: Blocking your account is temporary. It does not close your Kuda account.

If you can access the Kuda app

Blocking your account takes just a few taps:

  1. Open the Kuda app.

  2. Tap More.

  3. Tap Account Details.

  4. Select Block Account.

  5. Follow the on screen instructions.

Your account will be blocked immediately.
