  • Yes, as long as the area is within the country you selected when purchasing the eSIM.

14. Can I transfer my eSIM to a new phone if I change devices?

  • No, you will need to buy a new eSIM to switch devices.

15. When does the data plan validity start?

  • Your plan activates as soon as you complete your purchase and install your eSIM.

16. Can I delete my eSIM?

  • Go to your device’s Mobile/Cellular settings.

  • Tap on the eSIM you want to delete.

  • Select 'Remove Mobile Data Plan.'

  • Depending on your device, it may say 'Delete eSIM' or 'Delete Mobile Plan.'

17. Can I buy multiple data plans?

  • Currently, you can't buy multiple data plans in a single transaction, but you can buy another plan ‌immediately after, following the same steps.

  • If you buy and activate multiple eSIMS, you will only be able to use one at a time. When one plan expires, the next active plan will automatically kick in or you can manually change the plans from your setting.
