I was debited and the transaction is not successful  You suppose to have refund my money since a day before yesterday, did you want me to quit using kuda ?

I used my card and the transaction failed but I was debited #16,500…… kindly return my money please

It's been over 2 weeks now since this transaction has been debited yet, but they refuse to refund back the money to my account I'm so disappointed honestly.
