Hello Kuda Customer Service,
I'm really unhappy as I'm drafting this report.
For some months now, I've been experiencing difficulty whenever I want to transfer money from my Kuda account. By this I mean, there'll be enough balance in my account for the amount I wanted to transfer yet I will be flagged for insufficient acc balance.
At first I decided to give you a benefit of doubt by assuming it's a network lapse on your side and wouldn't bother myself but exercise patience for the saga to clear up soonest. Not until now did I know it had nothing to do with network. I am really pissed about this act as this isn't the first time it's happening. I had an important transaction I should've run since Thursday, the 1st, but no! Kuda wouldn't let me be. Now, this only landed me in a penalty for late payment. For crying out loud, what is the meaning of all these?
The time I was installing the app, I was never told that some fraction of my money will be denied me each time I needed to transact with my account. Not just about a little amount, say within tens of naira, you know, which is still not acceptable.
