I been trying to open my account for months now is not allowing me cause my account got restricted and all transactions was restricted also

Good day.
My account has been restricted for weeks now due to expired ID, drivers license. Yesterday, I provided my NIN for same purpose for which I got a mail saying the problem is solved. However, I still can't make transactions and am getting same old restriction error messages.
Find attach copies of my NIN ID card for you prompt action.
