I added money from my other account to my kuda and I haven’t received the money yet

Is been a very long time I sent money from my other account to my kuda account since then the money is there looking at me so please I really want to know why the money was hanged thank you.

I was credited by Sporty bet 3000 naira, but until now i have seen the money reflecting in my Kuda account, since on Thursday but people using opay and palmpay don't have this issues

I added money from my other account but I didn't receive it yet
