Trying to sign in to your Kuda app but you can’t? Transfers not going through? Or maybe your account balance isn’t showing at all?
It might be because there’s some kind of downtime and it might not. Here’s what to do whenever your Kuda app isn’t behaving like it normally does:
1. Check the Status Page.
All updates about our app services show up on status.kuda.com, which means you’ll never be in the dark when something isn’t working right. Look out for these colour codes on the page: Green - everything is okay, yellow - a service isn’t working properly, and red - a service isn’t working at all.
2. Restart, reconnect, or switch.
Restart your Kuda app by closing it and reopening it, reconnect to the internet, or switch to any other internet connection you have access to.'
3. Try the Kuda web app.
Oftentimes, the Kuda web app works when the mobile app is unavailable. Try it at app.kuda.com.
4. Talk to us.
If you can sign in to your Kuda app, whether it’s the mobile or web versions, chat with us about the issue you’re having. If you can’t, send an email to [email protected] or call 0700022555832.
5. Try your Kuda Card.
App services might be down but your Kuda Card probably works fine. Use it to pay on POS terminals, online, or for cash withdrawals at ATMs.

Is my money safe?
Yes, it always is. App downtime never affects the safety of your money. When you sign back in, it’ll be right where you left it.
When will the downtime be fixed?

I have an urgent transaction. What should I do?
You have a few options: Try the Kuda web app at app.kuda.com or use your Kuda Card to make a POS payment, an online payment, or a cash withdrawal at an ATM.
Should I delete and reinstall the app?
No, there’s probably no need for that. Just close the app and reopen it, reconnect to the internet, or switch to any other internet connection you have access to. If you ever need to reinstall the app, we’ll let you know.
Someone on social media is offering to help me fix my account. What should I do?
Please, don’t reply! Never talk to strangers about any account issues and don’t share your passcode, transaction PIN, card PIN, CVV, password, Pay ID, or any other personal details with anyone online who claims to be from Kuda.
