How do I get the Kuda Visa card?
To request a physical Kuda Visa card, follow the steps below:
1. Open your Kuda app.
2. Tap Cards.
3. Tap Request A Card.
4. Swipe left on your screen, then tap on Get A Physical Card.
5. Create your card PIN.
6. Fill and confirm your delivery information.
7. Submit your physical card request.
Will I need to pay for the card?
We'll charge you 1,000 naira to get a physical Kuda card.
What will happen to my current Kuda card?
When you activate your new Kuda Visa card, we'll automatically turn off your old card.
Until your new card is activated, you’ll be able to keep using your old Kuda card.
What's a virtual Kuda Visa Card and how do I get it?
A virtual Kuda Visa Card is a non-physical version of the Kuda Visa Card.
Your virtual card is for making naira payments everywhere naira Visa cards are accepted online. This card isn't plastic, so you can only use it online.
To request a virtual Kuda Visa card, follow the steps below:
1. Open your Kuda app.
2. Tap Cards.
3. Tap Request A Card.
4. Tap Get A Virtual Card.
5. Confirm your request with your transaction PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID.
6. Create your card PIN.
7. Submit your virtual card request

How do I activate my Kuda Visa Card?
To activate your physical Kuda card, follow the steps below:
1. Open your Kuda app, then tap Cards.
2. Tap the card icon, then tap Activate Card.
3. Follow the prompts on your screen.
How do I set daily card spending limits?
After activating your card, follow the steps below to set your card spending limits:
1. Open your Kuda app, then tap Cards.
2. Tap Manage Card, then tap Manage Channels.
3. Choose one of POS, ATM, or Online Payments, then slide the toggle to set a daily spending limit for the channel and tap Save.
How do I change my card PIN?
You can change your card PIN in the Card section of your Kuda app.
If you use the wrong card PIN up to three times at an ATM, you can still change your PIN on the app. Just make sure that your first card transaction after changing your card PIN is at an ATM.
Will you charge me a card maintenance fee for the Kuda Visa card?
No, we won't charge you a card maintenance fee.
Can I make free ATM withdrawals with the card?
Yes, you can withdraw cash at ATMs across Nigeria free of charge up to three times a month. Once you've used your three free withdrawals for a month, ATM providers will charge you the standard 35 naira withdrawal fee for any withdrawal you make for the rest of that month.
Will I be charged if I need to replace my Kuda Visa Card?
Yes, we'll charge you 1,000 naira for a replacement card.
What are the daily limits for my physical card?
The daily limit on ATMs - ₦20,000
The daily limit on POS terminals - ₦2 million.
The daily limit online - ₦1 million.
What's the daily spending limit for my virtual card?
The daily spending limit for the virtual Kuda Visa card is ₦1 million.
