If your device supports passkeys, you can seamlessly create one for your account after updating your Kuda app. Here’s how;

Apple Device:

  1. Open the Kuda app and sign in with your Passcode or Face ID

  2. Tap Create A Passkey.

  3. Select Use Face ID or Touch ID for authentication.

  4. Confirm your authentication method.

Android Device:

  1. Open the Kuda app and sign in with your Passcode or Face ID

  2. Tap Create A Passkey.

  3. Select Use Biometrics or Device Screen Lock.

  4. Enter your Biometric, and we'll create a Passkey for your device.

You can now sign into your account on your device without a password or passcode.

Tip: You'll need a password manager app to securely store and manage your passkey.

View Your Passkeys

To see the passkeys linked to your Kuda account;

  1. Open the Kuda App

  2. Select More

  3. Select Security

  4. Select Passkey

Please note that you should never delete your passkey from your device because that will make it very, very difficult for you to sign in to your Kuda account. To avoid sign-in issues, leave your passkey saved on your device.
