Whenever you make a transaction, we'll show you live updates on its progress.
You’ll see a clear status that tells you exactly what’s going on, so you know if your money has moved, is still processing, or didn’t go through.
No confusing messages. No, should you call customer service? Just peace of mind. 😌
Each status comes with a short, simple explanation:
Initiated – You made a transaction.
Sent – A transfer is on its way.
Completed – A transaction has been processed successfully.
Failed – A transaction wasn’t processed successfully; you’ll get a full refund (also known as a reversal).
Reversed – You’ve gotten a refund for a failed transaction.
Transaction Review – A transaction is being looked at by our customer experience team.
