Here’s how to use your Flance gym pass:

1. Download Flance on <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flance.flanceapp&amp;hl=en_GB" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Google Play </a>or the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flance.flanceapp&amp;hl=en_GB" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">App Store</a>

2. Sign up on the app with this passcode: it's on the body of the email sent.

3. Choose a gym on the app and book a session.

Keep your passcode safe; you’ll need to show it at the gym. It’s valid till January 31, 2026.
