Lock your savings to earn between 12% -14% annual interest if you are a non-premium user, or 14% - 16% if you are a premium user. Withdrawal is only available at maturity.
To Create A Locked Fixed Pocket
1. Sign in to your Kuda app and tap the Savings button under Products on your Kuda dashboard.
2. Tap Fixed Deposit.
3. Tap Create Pocket.
4. Add an optional photo and give your Pocket a name.
5. Toggle on “Lock This Pocket”
6. Type in the amount you'd like to save immediately, then choose how long you'd like to save for
7. Review the Acknowledgement: " I hereby acknowledge that I cannot withdraw from this pocket till it matures".
Please note;
If you tap Create, the amount will be locked.
You won’t be able to withdraw your savings until maturity, and we cannot break the savings on your behalf.
To opt out, select Back, then Restart to disable the Lock option. This will enable you to Create A Fixed Pocket
