Transactions of 1,000 Naira or more. Transactions include; Interbank Transfers (Outwards Only), Intrabank Transfers (Outwards only), Airtime, Bills payments, Card Transactions, card purchases, and Cardless transactions. Coins will be earned 24 hours after the transaction took place.

Additionally, you can accumulate coins by maintaining an average balance of 50,000 naira in your account over a month. This balance includes your balances across Spend and Savings. Coins will be earned at the beginning of the next month.

Coins earned are capped at 250 coins per month. Users can’t earn more than this amount in a month

You can see the coins you’ve earned on the Home screen, at the top right. You can also click on the coins count to see more details and the rewards you can unlock.

To start earning coins, your transactions must be 1,000 Naira or more. Transactions below this amount won’t give you coins.

You need to earn up to 50 coins every month to unlock Premium and retain your status.

You upgrade to premium by accumulating 50 coins. When you upgrade/unlock premium, You will get a premium badge on your home screen and status in your account details section. Your app background will change as well. You will also get access to a suite of features and customizations.

You will remain a premium user from the moment you earn up to 50 coins till the end of the next month

To retain premium access, you are required to earn up to 50 coins every month.

At the start of every month, the coins count per month resets to zero to indicate the start of a new earning cycle

First-time premium entrants will be given special dispensation and be allowed to remain as premium users for 2 months, regardless of whether the premium threshold is met, after which they will be required to meet the requirements every month.

Yes, if you fail to accumulate 50 coins in a month, you will be downgraded at the start of the next month.

When you’re downgraded, you’ll lose access to all premium features. However, you retain access to your already-earned coins.

These coins are stored in your cashback wallet and can be used when you buy airtime or make a bill payment.

All coins earned above the premium threshold will be stored in the your cashback wallet. You'll see these coins stored in the coin jar. They do NOT expire.

Coins earned below the premium threshold will expire at the end of the month in which they’re earned.

At the end of the year, your coin jar will be reset to zero to indicate the end of the rewards cycle for the year.

Once you’ve earned up to 50 coins, the coins are automatically applied to your cashback wallet and you can redeem them by performing airtime or bill payments.

When you get to 50 coins, you’ll see 50 Naira banked in your cashback wallet. Subsequently, every 5 coins you earn in that month will be banked into your wallet.

When you make an airtime/bill purchase, you’ll redeem the cashback amount, you can then click withdraw in your cashback wallet to deposit the redeemed amount into your spend account.

Coins can be lost if you do not get to the required threshold every month.

If you get less than 50 coins in a month, all your earned coins will be lost.

If you get 50 coins or more in a month, your cashback wallet will be automatically credited with the naira equivalent.

Coins typically appear in your account within 24 hours of performing a qualifying transaction.
