You don’t always need your debit card to get cash. With Paycode, you can withdraw money from supported POS machines without your physical card. Here’s everything you need to know:
What Is a Paycode?
A Paycode is a 4–6 digit code you can use to get cash from a POS machine.
It works like a one-time password and is valid for 5 minutes.
How To Withdraw at a POS With Paycode
Sign in to your Kuda app and tap Pay.
Select POS.
Tap Pay With C’Gate.
At the POS terminal, ask the agent to select Cardless Transaction or Paycode Payment.
Ask the POS agent to generate a C’Gate Code on their machine.
The code is valid for 5 minutes.
Enter the 4–6 digit C’Gate Code in your Kuda app or web.
Confirm the payment using Face ID, Fingerprint, or your Transaction PIN.
Tap Okay to finish.
The agent will give you your cash.
The service is available to Opay, Paycenter, Firstmonie, and Zenith Bank POS Service providers.
