Overdraft just got more exciting. With Real Time Application, you can jump in, apply directly in the app, and get checked without waiting for a separate invite. We are rolling this out in stages, and we cannot wait to bring it to more customers as we keep expanding access.
How to get started
Open the Kuda app
Select Borrow
Select Overdraft
Enter your employment status, salary, and where you live
What happens next
We will review the details you shared.
Then you will be asked to confirm if your Kuda account is your salary account or main account if your submission is satisfactory.
If your Kuda account is your salary or main account
We will review your transactions and account activity to run an eligibility check
If you are eligible, we will send you an in app message
You will also see your eligible amount and an offer inside the app
If your Kuda account is not your salary or main account
Important
You must be on Tier 2 or Tier 3
Your account must have no restrictions
Your account must have no held amounts
You must be on the latest app version
Your phone location setting must be set to Always allow for the Kuda app
If you stop at the Mono step, you can try again later and make sure you complete the Mono connection before leaving the app.
Tip: Approval depends on a credit check. If you're not eligible this time, please know you can continue using your Kuda account as usual. When you'd like to try again, please ensure your details are accurate and your Mono account is active
